CNA Staffing Agency Quote:It’s our mission to staff every open shift at nursing homes, hospitals and other healthcare facilities with experienced and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs). Whether you need to a full-time CNA or just need to fill a shift today, get connected to our growing network of nursing personnel. I did a similar thing as a contract bookkeeper and worked for a while through an agency. I was considered "salaried personnel" so even if there was a gap between assignments I got paid by the agency. I worked some really good gigs through them and learned a lot. There was one assignment that was awful but the overall experience was positive. I have been gone two years and still get job matches emailed to me. “If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room.” — Confucius

Been working on writing a new novel, mainly in my head for the time being.
I only had chapter one written. Recently, I've added a Prologue and begun chapter two.

I’m curious, because I have no talent and very little experience when it comes to writing fiction: Do you come up with a title and then write a story to fit it, or write the story first and then come up with an appropriate title? I know of writers who take both approaches. In fact, Poe was criticized for writing his stories to fit titles he already came up with. Boru
