Sloppy joe leftovers. I didn't add enough of the sauce to the ground beef last night. I added the remaining sauce to the leftovers and it's much better.

I have heard @Angrboda mention Mississippi pot roast on here a few times (at least I am pretty sure that's who has mentioned it). I've never had it before but will today as that is what my daughter is serving. The other things on the menu seem to be quite a variety of mismatched sides, dips, munchables, and other goodies. She is making her mother-in-law's queso which is delicious. If all else fails, I will be making a meal out of that.

Mac and cheese is in the oven...we will be leaving in about an hour.
