Beef casserole with mushrooms, roast potatoes with rosemary, roast parsnips, roast carrots with honey, boiled swede mashed with butter, steamed broccoli...My turn to cook Sunday lunch...accompanied with a Rioja...I have just now finished cleaning up and putting dishes away... Truce

Beef casserole leftover from Sunday lunch, (see above) it was my turn to host family.

I had it with chips, that's French fries to you guys...a little Coleman's mustard and a very cheap Shiraz. Not as bad as it sounds, honest... :-)

Tortilla chips with melted cheese.

(It's really just an excuse to consume a couple cups of salsa.)

Pork chops. Broke the tip off another of my ceramic steak knives. That's the second this month. I suppose I should buy some good steak knives.

Chicken fingers with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Vidalia Onion BBQ sauce. I like it! I suspect it would go well with pork.

Bacon and egg sandwiches, with white bread and ketchup. Cooked using my large George Foreman grill. No oil needed.

Bacon, egg, and cheese burrito. And some meds. Still trying to get this new med timing down with all the new rules I have been given.
