I used to work for a guy whose family owned a plot of land for hunting in SC.  He was telling me about taking a group out to hunt quail and when they opened the pen they were in, the quail just sort of sauntered out and stayed pretty close to the pen and what had been their food source.  I told him I didn't think that sounded very sporting to me.

Garlic chicken skillet dinner. I burned the butter a bit. Fortunately, I took the pan temperature before adding it, so I'll know what not to do next time.
