Cajun breaded, pan-fried walleye with roast potatoes and green beans. I used panko bread crumbs in addition to the breading, so it was rather crispy.

Pan-fried walleye and green beans. I grew up eating walleye and northern pike. Still my favorite.

Baked tilapia. This was fresh tilapia. I'll try frozen next.

I've been experimenting with cold brew iced tea. Luzianne makes iced tea bags with sweetener in them, so you don't need to add sweetener. They work pretty well, but I like to cut the sweetness a touch by adding plain tea bags to the sweetened ones. I ordered a box of Hibiscus iced tea bags through Walmart to try. Amazon has them cheaper, but the only quantity you can order is six boxes. I don't need 132 tea bags of a kind I've never tried before.

Philadelphia roll sushi from the co-op.

Blueberry, lemon and rosemary pastry.
Leftover peach jalapeno chicken and a baked potato. I've got cheesecake for dessert, but I need to wait a bit for some room to develop.
