Ahi tuna and Brussels sprouts. This was mighty fine. Kinder's "The Blend" seasoning was the perfect complement.

And I christened my new 10.5" Walmart cast-iron skillet. It's surprisingly high quality for a $10 pan. And it heats up super quick. The only negative is that the handle gets really hot.

More bean soup. My soup was a little short in the flavor department. The ham hock was small and lean, the chicken broth was some organic nonsense from Trader Joe's, and I added about a quart or so more ingredients than usual.
