Breaded fish filets. I threw away the box, so I can't be sure, but I believe I've had these before and was told that they're pollock. I faced a bit of difficulty. I have a gimmicky thing with two arms for holding ziplock bags open while you fill them, and this time the gimmicky part won and the bag slumped and slid into the sink, spilling fish fillets into the wet. I rescued most, but two of the filets ended up so strongly bonded together that mild persuasion with a knife was futile.

Beef pho. The broth left something to be desired, half of it being from a powdered mix, but aside from that it was a reasonable facsimile of the real thing.
