2) Apparently, the actual bear from Cocaine Bear (the one that actually died after eating 75 lbs of blow IRL) can legally perform marriages, but only as long as people believe that any marriages it officiates are valid.

Bacha bazi is a centuries-old practice for a custom in Afghanistan involving child sexual abuse by older men of young adolescent males or boys, called dancing boys, often involving sexual slavery and child prostitution.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

At what age sexual relation counts as sexual abuse should be calibrated by at what age the society in which the child is born into expects the child to assume adult like responsibility, and not be assumed to naturally take on the value customarily adopted by western society in modern times because that automatically embodies some fundamental underlying human truth that is universally applicable to all humans merely by virtue of their being humans.

the single largest earthquake that occurs on earth during a typical decade releases more energy than the combined total energy released by all other earth quakes that occurs around the world during that same decade.

So, a 25 year old man having sex with a 12 year old female wouldn’t be considered sexual abuse?

The doesn’t sound plausible. If there are just two magnitude 5.0 quakes in a decade, there would have to be a 10.0+ magnitude quake in the same decade.

deep inside the earth, at the core mantle boundary, there is layer of material made up of the same stuff as oceanic crust on the surface of the earth. Further more this material forms an inverted analogue of the topology on the earth’s surface, with inverted continents and mountains that protrudes downwards into the liquid iron core, and inverted ocean basins which are filled from below by liquid iron of the core. The liquid iron of the core even erode the tops of inverted mountains and deposits the eroded material in the upside down ocean basins.

Earthquake magnitudes are exponential.   a magnitude 5.2 earthquake would release as much energy as 2 magnitude 5.0 earthquakes.   a magnitude 6 earthquake would release 32 times as much energy as a magnitude 5 earthquake,  and a magnitude 9 earthquake will release nearly an million times as much energy as an magnitude 5 earthquake.

There can be no magnitude 10 earthquake, at least not if the earthquake is caused by fault movements driven by internal forces of the earth, and not by an asteroid impact.     This is because the strength of earth rocks puts an upper limit on how much energy can be stored in faults on earth before the fault has to rupture and release the energy.

not if the societal convention in force expects the 12 year old female to assume substantially similar responsibilities as 25 year old females.
