OK, tried it, the jelly makes it revolting, like eating sweet slime.

Didn't give up completely, the peanut butter was interesting so I went online and found a thai spiced peanut butter deviled egg recipe which turned out to be pretty good. The draw back was still texture. Adding shredded and fried bacon flavor spam I think would fit in nicely.
