I'm having an issue with 'leftover'.

It’s a word that refers to the part of the meal that is not eaten during the actual mealtime.

Around here those leftovers become squirrel food.

It should be, but birds are notorious for not showing up for their court dates. Buncha goddam scofflaws.

People who have bone spurs usually can't play golf.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Grey's Anatomy first aired in 2005. Not sure why I thought it was around the same time as ER back in 1994.

In medieval times, the Church used to have an Impotence Test. Since the only reason Church would allow a divorce was if the husband was impotent, they usually didn't believe married couples claim that hubby was impotent, so they had certain women who would test the guy if his dick can get hard by arousing him and playing with his penis.

Two things I learned from last night’s Birdman concert:

1) It’s pronounced In-YARR-i-too. All this Time, I’d placed emphasis on the first (or third) syllable.

2) There’s a maximum of six degrees of separation between me and Taylor Swift.
Me=>my dad=>Paul Wertico (his Pilates instructor’s husband, who Dad also knows)=>Antonio Sanchez (his replacement in the Paul Metheny band)=>Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu=>Emma Stone=>Taylor Swift.

^ I have one of those, along with it's lesser cousin, the coping saw. It's some busy-ass saw work, so I've done very little.
