selling a screensaver

I know most screensavers are free but mine took me about 16 months (aquarium) has fish AI. ect and very realistic movements. I don't want to give it away. I know some people setup forums to sell there screensavers but are there any other ways to realistcally make money or should i just keep it for myself?

If you're going to sell it, find a legit site that sells addons like that and try talking to them.

Not convinced that you'll make any real cash from a single screensaver. Normally you need some other killer apps to make your stuff more interesting to the customer.


Unless your app is for Android or iPhone, in which I'd say, sell it on the Marketplace.

Oh damn. I misread the title. I thought it said 'screwdriver' and I really needed one of those.

I used to tell a lot of religious jokes. Not any more, I'm a registered sects offender.
