Can't help but ask; not a common name these days, is this person really, really, really, really, really, really, really old? I ask because Cecilia was my mother's middle name and she died in 2019 at age 92.
















My birthday was on Thursday October 21. I am now 74. Was taken out to lunch by my sis to a nice pub. Consoling

Thanks everyone! Had a decent birthday. Didn't get to do much, but my kids made me a cake!

Glad you had such a good day. I usually enjoy my birthdays because my sis and I always go out for lunch and my other three siblings and my nephew always ring. After lunch I go home and have a nice nap.

I have my own system of age classification.

Anyone under 30 is a child. Women under 30 are boring. Same with men under 40. The ideal age for a man is 39 (from reading all the books, I worked out 39 is James Bond's age) Ideal age for a woman is 30ish.

Anyone 10 years younger than I is young. Anyone 10 years older is old. More than 10 years older is really old.

My mother lived to age 92, which was ancient to me. I expect to be either gaga or dead for a decade when I reach 92.
