I don't know what Countryside is doing for Thanksgiving, but if I were home I'd be having the usual stuff my dad cooks for us. Turkey, dressing/stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, dinner roll, and cranberry.
I'll be having Thanksgiving dinner with my mother this year. She's preparing Cornish Game Hens instead of turkey.

I'd far prefer Peking Duck***, which can be bought locally already prepared. Failing that, I really prefer chicken to Turkey. The other was an end of year dinner made by a bloke I was sharing a house with at the time, for 12 people. He was a French trained Cordon Bleu chef. The wife and I like Cornish Game hens. My youngest son doesn't. I guess we could roast two of them (we each eat a half) and the other son and my wife could enjoy that. Maybe buy some hot dogs or some such for the other son, and have a half left over .  Back when my middle son was taking care of my MiL's house, my youngest brother was renting a room. My son would grill up a nice piece of salmon and veggies, and offered to do the same for him, but my brother was committed to TV dinners.  I haven't eaten a TV dinner in decades; about 4, iirc.
