Yeah, not that bad yet, at least here, $3.90. I picked up a 5 gallon can and filled it (added gas stabilizer), covid and 1970's has given me hording tendencies.

Remember when locking gas caps were a thing?

Edit: Just checked, this morning the highest price is $4.10.

Benefit from my experience.

I have been buying low for gasoline for over 30 years.

I store it in 25 and 55 gallon drums.

In a SEALED steel drum - gasoline will keep without adding any stabilizer for over 2 years.

We burned up the last of the $1.25 gas a few months ago.

In a plastic gas can - don' t overfill. 4.5 gallons in a 5 gallon is best.  Keep the lid tight - and it will keep for a year. No stabilizers are necessary.

Edit to add - Saturns use a sealed fuel system.

I have ran cars with gasoline in them that was over 3 years old. No problems. No octane knock.

My favorite recent purchase is a 2.8 L plastic pitcher which I've yet to pick up from Target. I have been drinking pre-sweetened iced tea that comes in those big tubs since I got my ice maker, as I no longer need to prepare and chill drinks in advance. But Walmart makes sugar free drink mix that comes in packets that make two quarts, and if I drink it the same day, it doesn't require refrigeration.

Before that was my new Teak cutting board.

And I've been feeding my computers with about $400 of new parts.

I'm always buying something. I regularly make a couple of trips a month to Whole Foods Market to fill a shopping cart full of packages from Amazon.

Oh yeah, and I just resupplied with face masks, both disposable surgical type and KN95.

I recently purchased a walk-in bathtub with several spa features. The cost of the unit, installation and some bathroom remodeling came to just over $6,000. I've already tried it out a few times and it's a pleasure to use. It may seem a bit pricey to some people, but I think it's worth every penny I paid.  Great

Im from poor part of EU. The effect of trade war and Ukraine war cripples job opportunities(nobody is spending money as before all around EU), thus possibly soon even food will become Hard to come by in my country. I will stock up on food pretty soon. Nothing else.

I have new stereo speakers being installed on Saturday. My wallet is considerably lighter, but I'm going to enjoy my music, dammit Smile

If I started bring 55 gal drums around the wife would start getting freaky and hide the reciprocating saw.
