Those are all straw men.

It's because the subject doesn't need its own thread and the topic is unlikely to solicit any significant discussion.

It's a trivial moment in your life that you've spammed into its own thread.

It would have fit fine in the Random Notes or What's Up threads.  A whole thread for it is excessive.

You keep doing this and you've been told this by others than myself.  You're being a self-centered jerk and creating unnecessary, spammy threads.  Stop it.

(Bold mine)

It's his raison d'etre.

@Brian37 good, just genuinely checking, not trying to indoctrinate you into my Bible cult.

So, does that mean that you would try to indoctrinate him into rejecting Roe v. Wade?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

The only thing I would indoctrinate Brian into is fun at a karaoke bar or possible barbecue

And if he fell face first into the barbecue pit, you’d have a right old belly laugh over it, right?
