At 74, going on 75, I know how you feel.
My mother is 73, and over the weekend, was complaining "how old she was". I reminded her of her President, and his daily, busy schedule! She said that he "has all these people taking care of him". I told her that at most that such could only help in the area of the bowels; most of the other functionality is not going to be impacted. She was not impressed.
