Question for theists:
If the Garden of Eden was a perfect paradise as Xians claim, then why did Eve want to eat the apple? Wouldn't a perfect place provide everything a person would want or desire and thus she would want nothing? It doesn't make sense for Christians to hold the Garden of Eden as some kind of ideal, the Garden was never meant for lowly Christian types, they never belonged there, they didn't come from there.
