I don't really get how people can have imaginary friends. I never had one, as a child, and never had one after childhood. God doesn't count. A tulpa doesn't count.

I see no reason why God and tulpas don't count.

I've been religious with an active illusion of a relationship with God, and also been in love with a tulpa. Same experience to me.

Surely everyone has a sexual attraction to fictional characters. My elf on baldurs gate 3 is extremely attractive and I'm not ashamed of saying that.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to.
