I believed it at one point because it was shoved down my thoat from childhood. I reject it now because it makes no sense and I see no reason to delve into it in an attempt to squeeze something meaningful from a book written by some superstitious desert people. I see it as no different than any other religion that also makes no sense.

It's anti superstition. It doesn't contradict science. It enables people to live to their full potential. I see no reason to deny it.
