keep out spammers and trolls, moderate posts, teach people to post responsibility (no walls of text or quote vortexing), deliberate reported posts. Review all posts for compliance with the rules, run the blog, plan fun events, referee debates, fix site/user issues, the list goes on but I'm eating.
