Obviously I considered that, but then we'd have to add people to groups as new debates are made. Eurgh, maybe it is the best way though. I'll set it up until we think of something else.

They rarely do ... in the only formalised debate (two on two) it ended after round 2 when the creation team submitted their posts 3 days and 1 month late (it was more complex than that but it was a factor) and the in every other, one on one, debate I've been in the creationist has, without exception, cut & run.

They're young I admit but it looks like our new creationism advocates are starting off exactly as their parents would have, lol Devil

I think the kids were overwhelmed by too many points made at once. They needed to address points one at a time rather than en masse. Just my 2d. Maybe worth considering for future episodes. Yay go home team Wink

Did the debate result in anything? To me it was quite pointless

For once I agree ... TBH, on the basis of their avatars, I don't think they were really the kind of people we should debate with except on the basis that they are part of the larger issue of fundamentalism. I don't know who challenged who.

It was my understanding they wished to come to us. It seems to me now however they just go around convincing those who are uneducated on the subject and don't bother with those who ask them to back up their claims.
