Oh, yeah, it is going to be loads better. I'm really looking forward to cleaning up that mess. I have to say it will be a great excuse to spend a lot of time with my nephews, as if I needed another of those. Now that I am showered and sitting here getting tired, I am starting to process the whole thing and what I can do for them, so I am starting to feel better. They must be wrecked.

Thank you! I was hoping to be able to put it on my profile, but it looks like you might have to actually set up a business page to do it. I'm not entirely sure how to do that, but I will figure it out. In the meantime, I already got one band to agree to do a benefit show for me. Tomorrow, I am off to find a venue. Here's an article about the house and a picture of the garage on fire. The family is at my house right now until they are able to move to a trailer on the property while the house is being restored and rebuilt. The picture doesn't show how bad it is inside of the house, but there is a lot of damage. They are saying it will be at least 6 months until there is a liveable house on the property. Thanks for everything, you guys.

It's funny, they say the "Red Cross is assisting the family." Yeah, one night in a hotel room and some food. I appreciate the help for them, of course, but one night doesn't help anyone. My parents had a house fire eight years ago and the Red Cross put them up for three nights. Those two days make a big difference.

Around two o' clock this afternoon, I got a phone call that my sister's house was on fire. Everything is smoke, fire or water damaged. My nephews, sister and her mother in law were in the house, but managed to get out through a window. One of their cats died, though. I feel so bad for them. Right now I am campaigning like hell to raise money from the rest of my family and friends for food, clothes and some toys for my nephews. However, I cannot figure out a way to post a paypal donate button on my facebook. I know some of you guys are good with stuff like that, so if someone knows how to do that, I would appreciate it.
