Around two o' clock this afternoon, I got a phone call that my sister's house was on fire. Everything is smoke, fire or water damaged. My nephews, sister and her mother in law were in the house, but managed to get out through a window. One of their cats died, though. I feel so bad for them. Right now I am campaigning like hell to raise money from the rest of my family and friends for food, clothes and some toys for my nephews. However, I cannot figure out a way to post a paypal donate button on my facebook. I know some of you guys are good with stuff like that, so if someone knows how to do that, I would appreciate it.

It's too bad you're not christian ... an all powerful god could easily fix all this with one prayer. I guess I'll just have to send cash and hope god didn't burn the mailbox down too. (sarcasm aside. I'll donate if you can figure out how to get it up and running) (July 21, 2011 at 10:38 pm)Cinjin Wrote: It's too bad you're not christian ... an all powerful god could easily fix all this with one prayer. You don't have to donate, though I will not turn down any little bit I can get for them. This is the second time my godson/nephew has lost his home and things in a fire. He doesn't remember the first house fire, but he won't forget this one. Everything is on my facebook, including pictures . If you're on facebook, I am Michelle Barclay there. I figured out how to post a link to the donate button, but still no donate button. I have a huge family, so I think I should be able to raise a fair bit of money. My youngest nephew just had his sixth birthday party and his brand new bike with no training wheels melted. I am headed off to replace that tomorrow, but I just can't afford to replace everything. Keep your chin up ... tell them to try to do the same. (July 21, 2011 at 10:48 pm)Cinjin Wrote: sorry shell - I will. Thank you. I'm going to go take a shower and try to get my sister's dog to shut up. He's at my house tonight because the hotel they're in wouldn't take him. He's a one-year-old golden retriever, so he won't shut the fuck up. All I can smell is smoke.
I would like to help, too. If you can get that button up and running, I will donate, even if it is just a small amount.
Any chance this forum could get a button set up to see whether atheists or theists are more generous?

I have a link to the button on my facebook, if you can find me there. I just got off the phone with a few friends and we're planning to do a metal concert benefit for them hopefully next weekend.
I will help also, but there are scores of Michelle Barclays on Facebook, what's your avatar?
Here's a link to my page. The note should be set to public on my profile. You are all so kind.
