Temporal anomaly

RE: Temporal anomaly
Time travel is never plausible. And yes... Even in a story about magic, it ruins it for me. See, with magic you can pretend that it follows its own laws, because they are completely made up. Time travel doesn't even allow me to pretend it could happen.

That's just me.

Are you aware the Harry Potter series promotes which is viewed by the bible as witch-craft, which the same bible condemns very harshly? By the way I am not over analyzing.

I would not read or watch that series if I were a Christian, not to mention among other things I would be a Young Earth Creationist.

Except that in the book this throwing of a rock thing didn't take place.

Blame hollywood, not one of the better authors of this century Tongue

Hermione finds petigrew in a milk jug, happens to glance out the window and see them coming.

But this is off my memory, so might not be 100% accurate Tongue

It is an entertaining jaunt in the book Dodgy

So? It wasn't a temporal anomaly anyway. Someone just misremembered the scene in question. >_>

It wasn't a temporal anomaly in any way at all.

However... what was a temporal anomaly is harry casting the patronus to save himself. But it really is not difficult to see how these things happened: The first time, harry died and so dumbledoor went back and stopped the dementors from killing him. After that the cycle began.

You people just have no imagination... thank goodness these authors pick up where you lot fail.

RE: Temporal anomaly
Time travel into the future might be possible but traveling into the past is complete bullshit because the Langoliers eat the past. Those bottomless bags with razor sharp teeth leave nothing behind! Also, chemical reactions stop taking place in the past. Then again if the blue men deign to go back in time before the Langoliers and remake the past, then there might be something there to go back to if they remember to build everything correctly. I don't see why God would allow that though.
