Michelle Bachmann has once again claimed the Iraqis need to pay us back for the war they never asked for.

I agree the trillion dollar price tag needs to be paid for somehow. First of all, the politicians who lied us into this war need to do a perp walk, their assets seized under the RICO act and put toward that fund. However, that won't be nearly enough. The dumb-ass American voters who made it all possible need to pay as well.
Those who voted for W. Bush in 2000 will be given amnesty in the spirit of healing our nation. Yes, they should have known better but who knew just how bad the W presidency would turn out to be? They'll be let off with a warning to take better care with their civic duty in the future.
Those who voted for W. Bush in 2004, after it had become obvious he lied us into a war would be assessed a share of the trillion dollar price tag of his private war with a dumb ass tax. Their voting rights would be suspended until they could pass a current events test, specially designed to isolate and reject those who get all their news from Fox and right wing talking points.
Those who voted for McCain in 2008 after the train wreck that was the W presidency would be assessed another share of the trillion dollar price tag (potentially doubling their share if they also had voted for W in 2004). Their voting rights would be permanently taken away as they have demonstrated themselves as too hopelessly stupid to ever be entrusted with that power ever again.
