Christianity and the 10 Commandments
RE: Christianity and the 10 Commandments
Well, everyone else's fairies seem to have bought a ticket on the quantum express the last few years, why not Yahweh?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I asked twice and you kept saying I was lying. Your a disgusting example of a human. And it seems you still haven't read the example because there is no assumption whatsoever. You're also a lying retard.

And what would that something be?

My example was of a curved balloon expanding and it's surface approaching flatness the larger the balloon became. He is a retarded piece of shit if he thinks there were any assumptions being made.

You think the asshole knows the four fundamental forces and their names?

Let's tell him they are Sleepy, Grouchy, Grumpy and Doc.

All I know is he is a major idiot who has no idea to whom he is speaking or what he is speaking about. As far as his "compression" stupidity, I wonder what is compressing the universe negatively since it is expanding. The man is a retard and the planet would be much better off had he not been born.

Actually it's worse than that, at least as far as chimp's concerned, since the expansion is actually .
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Did I not say that the universe is expanding? Enough with the metaphor and go to facts. The universe is expanding. Could there be a dimensional distortion that makes time go much faster toward the edge? Well the video explains about that. You say it is obvious from your example that it should be flatter as it gets bigger. But the universe isn't so simple as comparing it to a balloon. On top of that there could be a force creating distortion. Because we don't know what causes it we should discard it? In that case we should discard gravity because we dont know exactly what causes that force. The theory explains the pioneer effect. And Phil you failed to answer my question so I'll ask it again. Why do all the galaxies we see look the same in development? Shouldn't we see an evolution of galexies?
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Chip, how many times do I have to capitulate in every possible way to your ignorance, and invite you to then make your own case..before you do so? Are you going to ignore me everytime and move on to something else, something you might actually be able to do, like bitching and whining? I feel like you've been yanking on my johnson and stopping right before a glorious moment happened between us.

What exactly have I ignored? You didn't ask a single question on this thread I haven't answered.

Lots of ifs and coulds in that post, but no actual evidence.

Dr. Humphreys hypothesis is exactly that.
A hypothesis, without a shred of physical evidence to support it.
In fact it doesn't even try to address anything in the physical universe, it's merely a very lame attempt to try to make reality fit to your bible.

So again I ask, Do you have any EVIDENCE that the universe is young?
