Your point was that Paul campaigned for the freedom of a slave as if to imply that he was against slavery. So yeah, you're dishonest because you know quite well that Paul was a rich ass hole who hated women and the poor.Nice moving target you got there. Because you infer that the man Paul may be lacking morality in other places doesn't invalidate my point. That is why he wrote the letter. I don't worship Paul btw.
The first thing you said to me was I could shorten my list by just summing it up with "Love thy neighbor." Such a vague commandment equates to a large target. I'm not moving any target, I'm talking about slavery in the Bible being condoned. You tried to refute that in a slithery, dishonest as shit way and I called you out on it.
The Bible is less virtuous than Mein Kompf. Even Hitler was pro loving thy neighbor, because in the Biblical sense "neighbor" means fellow countryman with whom you can get along. He felt he could get along with his fellow German countrymen, but not the Jews, gypsies, or "useless eaters." Yet everything Hitler did, stood for, and said does not hold a fucking candle to the shit God has done. And if you think that's false, start rattling off Hitler's list of crimes. For every ONE you mention, I'll mention TEN atrocities committed by or ordered by God. Or if you just want to point to the death toll, God's got Hitler beat 10 fold... easy.
And this is why I'm making a thread about the new 10 commandments. I mean, shit, at least Hitler thought rape was wrong... at least in some cases... I assume. Your Biblical writers lived in a society where rape was a cultural norm and they didn't even have a word for it.
Jesus is like Pinocchio. He's the bastard son of a carpenter. And a liar. And he wishes he was real.
