As I said i can understand why people would not want illegals coming into this country but what i can't understand is why a Christian would want to turn them away. What would Jesus do in this situation? A lot of hypocrites out there if you ask me. Most religious nuts are Christian on paper but in reality they are just selfish $#%$#.

Most liberals in this country are Christians too. It's not like the dynamic is an Atheist left and a Christian right. The reality is it's a Christian right and a Christian left with us atheists shafted and left out of the political process.

They don't get "government goodies," Woodie. Why do you keep jousting at these windmills?
Minimalist is right. Illegal immigrants have a much harder time getting government services than citizens obviously. Despite that they still have an incentive to come here, our economy doesn't suck balls and isn't influenced by a extremely convoluted economically inconsistent socialist Constitution that was poorly thought out by idiots. Of course there are other factors as well, but Mexico is a large country with abundant resources, it's Constitution is a horrible mess though. Also it's interesting to note that Mexico officially discriminates against immigrants in said Constitution and in reality as well are extremely discriminatory and racist towards the Guatemalans.
