Nice bit of equivocation, but it doesn't cut it.BY DEFINITION a man is imperfect, period.
Typical apologist sophistry.
Is that so? By what dictionary? The one I found simply states man is "an adult male human." well disreguarding your dictionary skills you may be referring to how humans are structurally imperfect and behaviorally imperfect. The fact is yes, Jesus had just as much as an imperfect body as everyone else when he was here on earth. But the point is he was perfect in his actions. He commited absolutely no sin. If you are trying to say that human choices are already defined and there are no choices we can make beyond it I think you need to think about that for a bit. Even if the dictionary supported what you said it does not dictate what we do or not do.
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!
