I cited the 10 commandments, you're familiar with "thou shalt not kill" right? To murder someone was a capital offense. Show me where it states in the Bible where if you beat a "servant" and he died later, it was fine.

Exodus 21:20-21: "20If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod and he dies at his hand, he shall be punished. 21If, however, he survives a day or two, no vengeance shall be taken; for he is his property."

I'm sure you've heard the Old Testament principle, "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth," yes? Well, it didn't apply to a person's property, which a slave was. In that case, the slave was freed rather than direct punishment being served to the offender.
Exodus 21:26-27
"26If a man strikes the eye of his male or female slave, and destroys it, he shall let him go free on account of his eye. 27And if he knocks out a tooth of his male or female slave, he shall let him go free on account of his tooth."

In Haiti 78% of people are below the poverty line and 54% live in extreme poverty. My Haitian Mother-in-law has live in servants, they do house work in exchange for food and shelter, they do this by choice because otherwise they would starve (no welfare in Haiti). the question is, do you consider this to be immoral? yes or no?

If it is voluntary and humane work, no, I don't think that is immoral. I also don't think that is slavery or the practice outlined in the Old Testament for non-Hebrew slaves, who themselves and their families, including their children, became the permanent possession of the Israelites:

"44As for your male and female slaves whom you may have—you may acquire male and female slaves from the pagan nations that are around you. 45Then, too, it is out of the sons of the sojourners who live as aliens among you that you may gain acquisition, and out of their families who are with you, whom they will have produced in your land; they also may become your possession. 46You may even bequeath them to your sons after you, to receive as a possession; you can use them as permanent slaves. But in respect to your countrymen, the sons of Israel, you shall not rule with severity over one another." (emphasis mine)

The Bible clearly states.

This is Hebrew LAW, not suggestions. To transgress the law willfully was death. I already showed where holding a person against their will was death.
Now you show me where it states in the Bible that everyone was to go free on Jubilee except foreigners.

You guys love to pick and choose what you accept in the Bible, either accept it all or accept none of it? If you're suggesting the Law never existed, then Indentured servitude didn't exist either.

Those are some terms you should learn. I gave you the verses that spell out the difference between non-Hebrews and Hebrews and given that they're in the same chapter, you should probably have noticed them. Just because you decided not to deal with the arguments in the link I posted, which come from "a Scholar-in-Residence at the C.S. Lewis Institute," (doesn't exactly sound like the author's bias would be in my favor) and instead opted to commit the fallacy of ad hominem circumstantial and repeat yourself, doesn't actually translate into you having refuted the arguments set forth. Thus, I take it as a concession on your part that they still stand.
