I believe if the Catholic Church had adopted the compulsory castration of all male clergy back in the middle ages. The world would have been a lot better place.
By the way I do believe male castration was a widespread (probably not common) practice in the early church. That is the only way I can interept the "eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven" accredited to Jesus in Matthew 19:12.

Presumably to get around that one, they played the "he that hath his stones broken" (among many other things) may not "go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my sanctuaries" card. Gotta catch 'em all!

Words of wisdom that Christians rarely seem to be able to comprehend. Atonement means little when you are supposed to be spreading the word of your god and all you are doing is nullifying the words by your actions. Especially when you weaken the explanation by stating that it's all ok because you confess to an intangible entity your sins thus making them not sins any longer. Makes the whole thing really hollow.

7 months pregnant? By ANYONE'S standard the foetus is a child, human being, alive. The thought of abortions in the 3rd trimester will turn the stomach of any pro-choice-abortionist.
