Ah, a just dragon.

Does he only burn bad people? Some kind of system based on merit perhaps?

The main criterion is give much money to Alex or suffer forever.

So the dragon is only interested in how I interact with him and his representatives? Not with how I behave otherwise or what sort of person I am?

No. Now stop asking blasphemous questions and give me the money.

Real Definition of theism
- belief in gods, that's it. There's no claim of permanence about it.
Like any other issue, belief or lack of belief is subject to change - as the evidence warrants.

Proposed Definition of atheism
- lack of belief in a gods. Like any other issue, belief or lack of belief should change - as the evidence warrants.

I wonder though, if someone decided to be theist based on the current state of evidence, what possible evidence can come in on top of that to warrant changing to atheist...

Drich you need to look up the definition of atheism on the dictionary because it's really complicated from a rational perspective to hate something you don't believe in... Right?

To correct the OP, I refuse that definition, I prefer Atheism is, at least, the lack of belief in gods but also the belief or knowledge claim that no gods exist - I prefer it like this otherwise my atheism is excluded by the concept of atheism as being purely agnostic.
