This isn't like building a police station, or fire house, or public school or library. This is superfluous crap, and on top of superfluous crap, crap intended on selling bullshit myth on my dime.

Ham wants to build his own Ark, he should raise his own money in the private sector, if he cant do that, fuck him.

Just like big business, religion should not be getting welfare at the expense of everyone else.

Then this religious attraction should not be generating any revenue at all for the state. I'm sure Ham and AIG would rather just be exempt from charging sales tax. If you offered that deal to Ham, he will build the dam interchange himself.

If this religious attraction is going to be generating revenue for the state then it should be eligible for facially neutral incentives offered by the state.
You hypocritical jackass. Since when do I need to offer him anything? You masturbate over government staying out of everything but now it is the government's duty to offer him something?

Bullshit, he wants roads to his park he should build them, not me. Just like billionaire NFL owners can afford to build their own stadiums.

Typical libertarian bullshit. The truth of your arguments is that it merely amounts to "It is fair only when I get what I want".

Now again, we don't need a fucking park whose sole intent is to act as a religious indoctrination center. It isn't like Disney Land or Kings Dominion. Not my duty to provide taxes so that asshole can sell lies to gullible people. He wants to do that shit he can use his own fucking money.

OMGoodness, your thoughts bring the funniest pictures into my head! I can just see them passing the visitors through rides and attractions designed to indoctrinate them. You know, like IMAX films of the Grand Canyon with voice-overs from creationist geologist hypnotists, emphasis on the hypnotism. Indubitably

Have you heard the latest from these AiG dingbats? Unicorns existed! Funny how nobody ever knew they existed before until creationists said so in the first week of February 2015. And get this, God will also be very disappointed with you unless you now believe that they existed. Because we told you so. In February of 2015.

These majestic creatures did not survive Noah's flood. So this fantastic story will not have a niche at the Ark Encounter. So we have decided to add an entire wing to the Creation Museum! Send your hard-earned dollars to our ministry immediately upon receipt of this wonderful news! No gift is too large!

The headline I want to see is, "Ken Ham Lawsuit of Kentucky Fails. Answers in genesis bankrupted by legal battle. Creation "museum" to close. Ham tarred and feathered and deported to Antarctica. Penguins say, 'We don't want the stupid prick here!'"

You Aussies need to take him back and apologize.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I will when Americans take responsibility for the Republicans and apologise to the rest of the world for them.

Tongue

Actually I've confronted Ham and Comfort on their own sites and FB several times asking why they're in the US which has no shortage of creationists, instead of pushing it in their native countries. I always speculate it's because they can only make money doing it in the US.

They never answer and my question is quietly deleted.

Another sign of the dishonesty of creationists.

I take NO responsibility for Ham.

Anyway there was an excellent letter written by an atheist group to Seth Andrews apologising for Ham which was good enough for me.

Hey, none of us need to take responsibility for Ham, as he sure as hell didn't get his christianity from Australia. That shit was an import. Wink
