hi I test the speed of my internet in many sites I got the best speed results from here scanmyspeed
my results are
download=1.09Mbps
upload=0.87Mbps
I dont know the reason why my speed seems to be slow many of them said that if Cable Internet services share bandwidth with satellite Internet access.
If there are many subscribers using that same bandwidth, it can slow down the connection. kindly guide me how to solve this problem .

According to my ISP:

My download speed right now is 2356kbps

Upload; 295KB

I rarely actually get either of those speeds downloading or uploading large files.

My plan: ADSL 2: $50 a month, 100Gb,uploads not counted.

There are cheaper plans with other ISPs with lousy reputations,like DODO PLUS there is a catch with cheap plans: a 2 year contract AND you have to bundle your lan line, which is not a cheap price.
