Terrorists are portrayed as Badasses in Hollywood. There are millions of results for Post 9/11 America. 
Did they win? Yes, but we can undo the damage. Let's make fun of Terrorists. It is simple enough, make a meme, make a joke, etc. After all, nothing will change except the way we view the terrorists. 
And Dawkins, a lot of Terrorists are Dumbasses. 
Let's start.

The terrorists did win, but not in the way the OP hints at. They did win, because we're busy selling out our hard earned liberties and bend over to sell the rest of them at any given opportunity.

That's the one and only way the terrorists win. And it is our sleazy politicians granting them victory. Otherwise, this is simply in bad taste.
