As a general concept, I loathe the idea of infidelity. However, there is a small number of people (male and female) whose attitudes are so unpleasant and distasteful that I have no problem understanding why their significant others cheat. I'd probably go so far as to say they deserve to cheat, in order to offset the suffering they endure.
This guy displays a horrendous array of pouting, whining and vengeful bitch-like qualities.The biggest being his propensity for drama, as evidenced by the video itself. And to top it off, he takes off like a cowardly fucking deer at the end of it. This sort of bitch-like temperament in a male is highly unattractive; possibly to the point of being disgusting. So no, I'm not surprised that this guy had an unfaithful girlfriend. She wanted to be with a man. He's not a man. 
1) Captain: in this case, peach, I have to disagree with you. While lack of sex could, in fact, lead some people who still love their partners to stray, it is not the only reason for cheating. There are myriad reasons, and one of them is that some people display anti-social tendencies - they're psychopaths, they're narcissists, whatever. You can give those people everything - a partner with a perfect face and body and personality, all the sex they way and support, and they'd still cheat. It's what they do. And this is only one reason why someone would cheat.
2) Nap: Sorry - making a video to shame someone that way is disgusting. Shaming can be done privately without the self-aggrandizement attempted by posting it on the internet. 3) Thena: Let's change the language a bit, yeah? She wanted to be with a mature individual. He wasn't a mature individual. I'm just not understanding the particularly part without you ascribing a certain amount of femininity or masculinity to various aspects.
