Haven't you heard of the geocentric clock synchronization convention in which light comes towards us with infinite speed and goes away from us with half the speed of light? It's a favourite of physics-savvy creationists, because it is entirely consistent with known physics (it's just a labelling convention), but it has some unappealing and unoccammy properties.

Never underestimate the power of "goddidit" explanation. Anything "the tards" don't comprehend can be simply swept under the rug of omnipotence and "mysterious ways". If god can do anything - of course he could have created the universe that appears to have been in motion for billions of years. Just like he could have created the pre-fossilized dinosaur bones and such.
