You'd have to get into the individual religious beliefs for that, and there are many many many many.

Is it really that many? I don't think so.
See, the deities without a punishment plan has no risk or cost involved in disbelieving in them, so they don't count. So we end up with a only a few possibilities in the final short list for further investigation.

There seems to be very little risk in angering that god.  It's plainly incompetent, it would have to be, to make such a statement.

The manifesto of this God is simple:

Believing in gods results in punishment. Evidence has been deliberately presented as inadequate as a test of critical thinking.

Those who discard the evidence and don't believe in gods will be rewarded.
