From medical advice I've received you're technically supposed to phone for an ambulance whenever you feel pain in your chest that you think could be caused by your heart.
My heart skips beats and I phoned up a helpline and what they asked me is do I have any chest pain and if so I should phone for an ambulance. I didn't have any actual pain though it was just a pretty weird heartbeat which I still get sometimes.
On the other hand chest pain can be caused by various things, but I'd go as soon as possible to the doctor whether or not your parents want you to.

Wow... Actually I dont have an appointment with my doctor today. When i asked when my doctors appointment was she thought I was talking about my dentist. I have a dentist appointment today at 11:30.
Im trying to get her to schedule the appointment now.

Dude, you need to start making preparations to move out the
second you turn 18. If you're going to go to a university, move into a dorm (even though it raises tuition). If not, find some roommates. In any event, get ready to get a part-time job next year so you can get yourself a vehicle and start saving up. Your mom is doing you absolutely 0 favors at this point, and your only real option for living a happy, fulfilled life is independence.
