What law are you citing?  It sounds like you're quoting the Communications Decency Act of 1996.  That's been struck down.

I'm assuming that DigitalOcean is hosting the site from it's California datacenter.  If not, where is it being hosted?

I have no idea what the law is or who the host is. I only know that Tibbers says he liable for pornography when there are minors and I take him at his word for that. That's not the only reason either. We need the ads to cover the cost of running the forum. That won't happen if no one wants to place ads with us. That's really the extent of my knowledge. You'd have to ask someone else if you want to know anything more specific than that.

I  wouldn't join an atheist forum where I was required to verify my age by submitting personal information. Unless I could simply click a box, saying "Yes, I am am 18 years of age or older.", I wouldn't bother myself with the hassle.

That's why I'm no-show in the mysterious A69. I'm dying to take a look.
But, it's not worth the effort. 

Someone should just be able to vouch for the fact that I must be an adult....Seriously.

You need to get a grip. He suspended the post and closed down the thread until we could remove the pictures. As soon as all staff matters were handled (you know because we have to do this as a team, no one staff member can just handle it without consulting the others) we reopened the thread. The thread was actually opened right before I removed the pictures and then restored the suspended post.

But do carry on about how there's a conspiracy and staff is out to get you.

No one is out to get me. But that doesn't mean you were in any great hurry to see a thread you dislike be put back. Why bother. You deny as expected. Doesn't make any difference I have no faith your animosty wasn't in play. If wasn't I apologise but you don't belive me so why should accept your word.
