Just cooked chicken breasts and pork roasts that are incredible. Never had such succulent chicken in my life. I overcooked the pork by about 9 hours and it still was good enough that the neighbors loved it.. http://www.seriouseats.com/2015/07/the-f...reast.html

I just finished slow-cooking some ham. The first of that just went into some sandwiches, but I'll do a lot more with the rest of it later. It's going to last a while.
Today was duck (game meat) roasted with bacon strips. Some sweet potatoes sweetened with maple syrup and brown sugar. And some Kaiser rolls with butter.

Made steamed Chinese pork buns tonight. I fried a pound of ground pork and added fresh ginger, garlic, soy, oyster sauce, a dash of sesame oil, five spice, a bit of seasoning salt, and some honey.
Two caramel Tim Tams and a small lime milkshake.
