Here I am with ole 'yeller' enjoying the 2013 LAS Derby Eve Mile of Scopes event.  The drunken women at this event never cease to put a smile on my face (though I must admit that these particular lovely young ladies weren't drunk like most of them are).

The girl with the dark polka dot dress is straight mean mugging the girl eyeing your scope.

I know.  I never noticed until I saw this picture.  She was actually quite nice.  But I got the impression from the photo that you don't even want to piss her off.  lol

It was still early in the evening.  I don't think these gals were too tipsy (yet).  The real party didn't start til the sun went down.  Then, holy shit, the crazies came out! One young women wanted to see Saturn through my scope.  When I got it in the eyepiece, she took one look and said "get the fuck outta here.  That ain't real!"  Then she stumbled to the front of my scope and peered down the tube to see if there was a photograph inside the scope.  You get all kinds at that event.  but it is fun.
