the World Ends (maybe)

So the world is going to end on December 15 at 6am NZ time.
No, this isn't the latest in a long line of apocalypse predictions.
That is the precise time my doomsday machine is set to go off, eliminating all human life (apart from 2000 carefully selected "volunteers).
That IS, of course, if Barry got the calculation right.
If he didn't the world will end only for Barry.

If the world is ending, where will those 2000 select individuals live? I mean the world is ENDING. That means no more world. You can't live in a place that doesn't exist anymore!
