What has Christianity truly contributed to humanity

Lincoln was racist himself. It was endemic of the times. Darwin was Christian most of his life, though he wised up late in life to become an agnostic.

Despite this being an obvious poke thread, I think I can post something good that Christianity has contributed.
Foster Care, the modern concept of Hospitals, graded levels of education, hygiene, industrial improvements, literacy, agriculture, abolition of indentured servitude, countless charities and I believe a majority of the Nobel laureates were Christian. It's woven all through multiple societies, governments, art, music, literature and (gasp) even science.

The real question isn't "what good has christianity contributed", but rather is christianity a viable solution for world peace?

The answer is obviously no. Christianity, through its internal division by subjective interpretation, has proven itself to not be a solution for world issues.

Foster Care, the modern concept of Hospitals, graded levels of education, hygiene, industrial improvements, literacy, agriculture, abolition of indentured servitude, countless charities and I believe a majority of the Nobel laureates were Christian. It's woven all through multiple societies, governments, art, music, literature and (gasp) even science.

The pre-Christian Romans had hospitals christian west could not match for nearly 1500 years until the late 1800s.   It was excuses of christian piety that caused the formerly fastidious daily bathers of western europe to largely abandon bathing almost completely for perhaps a thousand years.  The pre-christian romans almost certainly enjoyed much higher literacy rate than christian europe  before the 19th century.

basically christianity like to claim dominion for its god over everything, so it certainly has no hesitation in claiming credit for everything,  even when it is claiming credit for is the result of societies getting back to the level it had enjoyed before christianity.

Overreaching hutzpah in the service of its own aggrandizement is another miracle of christianity.

Bernstein used to say that the apex of Western Civilization were the quartets from Fidelio, and the the quartets from the last movement of the 9th symphony, (which I could never see)
I do think the Sanctus and Benedictus from the Missa Solemnis may fit THAT bill, but only because I've accompanied it with a good choir (and San Diego Symphony). 
Western music really is not the possession of the religious. Many musicians who were not any sect wrote music for the church, as that was the only way to make a regular income.

Their religious conviction had nothing to do with their scientific accomplishments science works regardless of belief

So Christianity contributed nothing unique that something else wouldn't have already contributed and only Christain arrogance could think that no one else could do it.
