You know that didn't happen a) jewish religious law didn't have crucifiction as a punishment, and b) the Romans wouldn't have crucified someone (especially a someone agitating for coexistence with their overlordship) who broke local laws.

And perhaps, He had a plan to reconcile Himself to us by suffering the same price all of us will pay... Death

The difference? He didn't sin! NOW.... death isn't ONLY for sinners! That curse is broken, by His act!

And all we need do is believe that He paid our way: Love Him for it. And Love ourselves and one another as His faithfilled children. Amen

So the way to appease god is to make him take a 36 hour nap. Sounds about right for somebody who acts like a spoilt toddler.

I don't think that your woefully incompetent, emotionally manipulative sadomasochistic god even exists. The chances of me loving it are zero.
