I guess I need a little clarification;
does each mod have an individual personalized custom 2 piece banhammer, or does the site have but one, and whomever grabs the access codes first gets to wield it to devastating effect ?? (or are we peons allowed this glimpse behind the curtain ?) The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
