I realized the other night when, despite being sick and shit, that nicotine had me by the balls and that I was smoking despite finding it thoroughly disgusting and painful at the moment.

It sounds like you were smoking it too much. If you're gonna relapse, just smoke it in smaller dosages, see what your own body is comfortable with.

I quit smoking because I was getting married and I didn't want to give my partner cock cancer. 
I don't ever think about them anymore (cigs). If I do, it's when I look outside in the spider infested garage and think, "OH MY GOD I MUST'VE BEEN HIGH!"
