My wife, if she exists, is a redhead She enjoys the "We take your soul" jokes as long as they are in good humour!

Is this some British thing? I do not recall having ever before heard this idea that redheads do not have souls. It is a very strange (and silly) idea that having red hair would make a difference on this sort of thing.

I don't think it is specifically British, I think it is pretty much a joke that you can hear anywhere in Europe, and as a redhead, I have heard some good redhead jokes right here in the U.S. too.
I would more generally advocate that one only leave one entrance into their mind(reason), and keep the rest of it rather closed, as it is one hell of a lot easier to shovel shit in than it is to get it out.
If the evidence and reason for you to believe something isn't really any better than the reason you should believe some rural farmer from Arkansas got anally probed by interstellar visitors, then you probably shouldn't.

Hmmm.... somehow I have never encountered this before. I am not a redhead myself, so that does not make it too extraordinary that I would not encounter such things, even if they were going on in my area. But I have really never heard of this redheads not having souls nonsense before. I have, however, tried to avoid morons most of my life, so that might explain why I have never heard anyone say such a thing before.

Ah, well, where I live we are more likely to be considered alcoholics and lunatics.
No need to worry, though, things are less offensive when they are true.
lol

Math is "repressive"? Say what?

Maths is incredibly repressive. When I received my £600 benefits each month, I get it in three separate payments. I want to believe that those payments somehow add up to £60,000 instead. But the banks are brainwashed by mathematical dogma, and repress me by saying that it is still just £600.
Of course this is blatantly racist, or homophobic, or against religious beliefs I'm about to make up.
