I'm sorry, I apparently skipped a word. I wment to say, could you please explain, what are women of color. The reason I ask this is because it gives the impression you think all non white people are the same with the same issues.

WoC aren't a monolith of course but we do face many overlapping issues, and problems that intersect at race and gender. The reason I would think you think that is because you used a monolithic term for everyone. You clearly basing on a white centric, america centric veiw. Because if a white traveled to, well pretty any non western nation they would get the same crap if not more.

I don't think it's legal to pay different in the same jobs of the same position with the same amount of responsibilities.
Care of provide any examples of such organizations?

Of course it is, and it also makes sense to in some instances. Often you'll find people with more experience making more money than those with less experience, even in the same job.
A guy at work has the same job as me but earns more because he's been in the industry longer, and the company longer. If you take that away then a company would be forced to pay a new joiner the same as a veteran, which isn't going to go down well with the veteran.
An awful lot of the pay inequality issues between men and women boil down to two things:
1) Experience. Women are far more likely to take time out of work to raise children, and so will have less experience than their male counterparts when they return to work.
2) Negotiating Salary. I've heard of studies that say women are worse at negotiating salaries than men. Not sure if it's a big factor, but it might explain some of the inequality. It's not like companies have a set salary per job; it will vary based on the negotiation stage. I was offered a bonus as part of a pay raise and managed to negotiate so it was part of my regular guaranteed salary.

And might I ask what exactly is wrong with being attracted to people outside your own race/ethnicity? Or should people just repress all feelings of physical attraction period because if you find someone especially beautiful/hot/sexy/handsome ext... over any particular trait you must be "victimizing" them in some way?

Well, when white people have privilege, then they all have at least one issue in common-- the lack of privilege. Makes sense to me.
