Okay, so I'm in high 20s. The game's falling apart a little bit-- fully modded shotgun plus Chem. 1 buffs plus VAT = blast the crap out of a dozen mobs until there are only about 5 left, then run up to boss and VAT headshot ftw. Easy mode. I have about 4 suits of power armor, but don't usually use them because meh. I have now 4 tier 3 shops in my town, but at this point they mainly seem to be for buying the thousands of rounds of armor I pick up in doing a few BoS missions.

My goal is to get ranged non-automatic weapons fully leveled along with ninja and a bit more stealth. 3.5x damage headshot with a x2 dmg combat shotgun is going to be boss 1-shot kills I think. And for the rest: there's power armor with miniguns, nukes and missiles.

You'd be better off finding a bladed tire iron than a baseball bat, CD. I found one early on at level 7, and I became a bit of a badass. It's got decent damage, and it swings at medium speed. Another must have is an extended ripper. It's great for taking out ghouls and just about anything that doesn't have a lot of health.

To be honest, for me that voice totally made Fallout 3.  I also love the one where he talks about his dog.
